For the second time in a week a noose has been left on the Smithsonian grounds, this time in an exhibition on segregation. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior by anyone, for any reason. What kind of monster actually thinks of committing such an act and carries it out? One can only hope that both events are linked and were committed by the same individual in this case.
